Bakery Operations Supervisor

A Columbia County native, Delsia Hilton has been baking professionally for 22 years. She began as a cook and then began baking at Hawthorne Valley's bakery in 2002. She left Hawthorne Valley in 2005 and spent time working at Our Daily Bread in Chatham and running her own pastry line at the Spencertown Country Store, before returning to lead the bakery in 2017. In her spare time, she creates desserts for her brother's restaurant The Gnome Bistro in East Chatham, paints, designs jewelry, and spends time with her beloved animals--five cats, two dogs, and a goldfish.
