A few important details:
- Orders are due by Monday at 8 am
- Orders are available for pick-up Thursday at 2 pm or after
- Orders must be picked up by Friday
- There is a no handling fee or membership fee
- Orders can be placed as frequently or infrequently as desired

Placing Your Order
You may use the electronic order form below to directly submit your order; or download, print, and complete the order form using one of the links to the right. Alternatively, you may submit your order form in person at the store by printing it out and bringing it in; or, attach it to an email and send it to us at [email protected]. You are welcome to call and confirm the status of your order.
You can submit your order in one of the following ways:
- Electronic Order Form: Fill out and submit the form directly online using the form below.
- Download and Complete: Choose one of the formats linked above (word or pdf), fill it out, and submit.
- In-Store: Complete and submit the form at our store.
- Email: Attach the completed form to an email and send it to us at [email protected].

Payment and Returns/Refunds
Payment is due at the time of pick-up. No deposit is required. Please check your merchandise carefully at the time of pick-up! UNFI accepts returns made within one week of delivery. To receive a refund, bring your invoice and the merchandise to the Store, unopened and in the original package (unless the product was spoiled). For a “wrong item ordered” there may be a 10% restocking fee.
