With the ever-changing landscape regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are making a few more changes to our operations to ensure we are keeping ourselves and our community safe. Safety is our number one concern, and we are here to serve you.

Change of Hours
The store’s hours have changed to 8am-5pm in order to adequately clean and sanitize the Store. The first hour that the Store is open (8am-9am) will be reserved for seniors and people most vulnerable to this virus. Everyone else is welcome to come after 9am.

Limiting Customers and the Supply Chain
We are limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at one time in order to reduce overall density. A staff member will be stationed at the door to help the flow of customers. The number of customers will be anywhere from 6-10 at a time depending on staffing available. We will do our best to ensure you are not waiting too long. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this new procedure. We are also encouraging that one person do the shopping for a family or group.

Our team has been working tirelessly to ensure the Farm Store has all your supply needs. We know a lot of people are nervous about the scarcity of food and our supply chain, however, through the strong local and regional food network that the store has created, we are well positioned to keep products on the shelf. One of the main reasons the shelves look the way they do is partly due to panic shopping. With that in mind, when you are shopping, please be mindful of others and only purchase what you normally would in a week. We may have to restrict the quantity you are able to purchase of some key items (but seriously who needs that much toilet paper?).

Expansion of Curbside and Delivery Services
We are strongly encouraging customers to take advantage of our new curbside and delivery services. We have hired additional staff to help with the added influx of orders. Again, we ask for your patience as this is a brand new system that we are working with.

How to order (we are taking orders M-F only; no delivery on weekends)

•    All orders must be received by 2pm for delivery the next day – please keep in mind this is ideal timing, and will be dependent on order volume. Thank you for your patience. Any delivery orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. There is no delivery on the weekends.
•    Curbside orders can be fulfilled the same day if received by noon – again we will do our best to meet this time frame, but it is not guaranteed. Any curbside orders placed after noon on Friday will be available for pick-up on Saturday.

Temporarily Suspension of Return Policy
To protect the health and safety of our staff and customers, we are unable to accept product returns at this time. Should you experience a quality issue, we will offer a refund, but please do not bring the item back to the store.

In these times, we need to remember that this situation remains fluid and things are going to continue to change. We will need to adapt and change in order to best serve our community in a safe manner. We appreciate the outpouring of support and gratitude from the community; it’s the reason we trying our hardest to keep doing what we are doing.
